Reminder Management
Create Reminder
- Title (required)
- Notes (optional)
- List selection
- Due date (optional)
- Priority: None / Low / Medium / High
- Recurrence: Never / Daily / Weekly / Biweekly / Monthly / Yearly
Edit Reminder
Hover over a reminder and click the pencil icon to edit. All fields can be modified.
Complete Reminder
Click the circle icon to mark as complete. The reminder may be hidden based on list settings.
Delete Reminder
Hover over a reminder and click the trash icon. Confirm to delete.
⚠️ Deletions sync to Apple Reminders and cannot be undone.
Filtering & Organization
Account Filtering
Settings → General → Accounts section. Toggle which accounts to display.
List Filtering
Settings → General → Lists section. Control which lists are shown.
Time Range
Settings → General → Time Range. Options: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, Unlimited
Show/Hide Completed
Click the eye icon next to each list title to toggle completed items.
Cross-Device Sync
DuDuReminder uses Apple EventKit to read/write the system Reminders database.
iCloud Lists
Sync across Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and iCloud.com
Exchange / Outlook Lists
Sync across all devices with the same account, including Android, Windows Outlook, and web
💡 DuDuReminder does not store any reminder data. All data comes from and saves to Apple Reminders.

Create New List
Click the "+" button next to any list title.
- • List name (required)
- • Choose from color grid
- • Select account (iCloud, Exchange, etc.)
- • Add to filter automatically
List Settings
Click the gear icon next to a list title.
- • Rename the list
- • Change list color
- • Toggle completed items
- • Move up/down to reorder
