Authorization Issues
Why am I getting "Cannot access Reminders"?
Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Reminders → Enable DuDuReminder
I don't see any reminders
1. Check iCloud Reminders sync is enabled. 2. Check account and list filters in Settings. 3. Check time range setting.
Sync Issues
Changes don't sync to my iPhone
1. Ensure both devices use the same Apple ID. 2. Confirm iCloud Reminders sync is enabled. 3. Wait a moment and refresh.
Does it support third-party reminder apps?
Only Apple Reminders is supported. Third-party apps like Todoist or TickTick are not compatible.
Purchase Issues
How to restore previous purchases?
Settings → About → Click "Restore Purchases"
How to cancel subscription?
System Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases → Subscriptions → DuDuReminder → Cancel

Where is my data stored?
Reminder data is stored in Apple Reminders (iCloud sync). Pet and settings data are stored locally in UserDefaults.
Why no iOS version?
DuDuReminder is designed specifically for the macOS menu bar. iOS already has the built-in Reminders app.
